A statistician by training, Mr. Engel has over 50 years of experience in the media and marketing information industries and is considered an expert on consumer-based marketing information and transactions-based data. He co-holds two patents: one that allows disparate databases to be integrated and a second which allows transaction-based data to be calibrated to a population. His work in the field of market research and combining disparate databases have broadly impacted the use of transactions-based data for decision-making. Since January 2009, Mr. Engel has served as Chairman and co-managing member of Consumer Orbit, a consumer science company. He also served as Director of Rentrak and was part of the comScore Board of Directors until 2018.

Christopher O'Hearn is a professional project manager specializing in media. Since 2015 he has worked at 3M3A, a research management consultancy service that provides insights and expertise on industry standards, best practices and governance. Christopher's focus within 3M3A is project management, fieldwork and industry structures and governance and has conducted projects in India, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Mexico and several European markets.

He has worked extensively with BARB in the UK on specific areas such as metadata and operational processes. O'Hearn has a Master's degree in Project Management and is based in London.

Brenda is a seasoned media research specialist with 30 years’ experience covering agency, sales, and audience measurement focused on Return Path Data and Pay TV.

Currently, she is a partner at 3M3A, a global media auditing consultancy firm, and is involved on a variety of South African and African initiatives such as futurefact and 4Media. She is experienced in industry groups and governance, serving on JICs, technical committees, and forums. Brenda is based in Johannesburg and holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Science (Market research and Economics) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Winn Soldani is the President and Founder of WS Consulting, Inc., a boutique consultancy that focuses on behavioral market research and counts numerous Fortune 500 firms among its clients. Winn founded WS Consulting in 2003 and has developed a practice that includes helping his clients measure the impact of their marketing and sales activities using sales data and advanced modeling techniques.
